Welcome to Art and Soul and get ready to unleash your Inner Artist! I created this site to offer information and inspiration to those seeking to lead a creative and inspired life. My own creative journey started about 10 years ago when I bought a sketch pad and some pastels and used them in my morning quiet time to express some of my prayers and inner emotions. The book “Praying in Color” by Sybil Macbeth really inspired me to simply put some color on the page and not worry about the end result. Over the next few years I experimented with collage and mixed media, sharing my new ideas with friends and family. Now I am ready to go public and offer workshops.
